2:00-3:00 PM: Decompression (Phone-Free) Hour

Enjoy an hour dedicated to pure leisure. Whether it’s reading a book, listening to an album, drawing, or indulging in any activity you've been meaning to explore, this is your time to relax without the intrusion of technology.
